The services of the Crawley Healing Rooms are completely free.

What is a Healing Room Ministry?

Purpose.

1. To bring and perpetuate healing to the body of Christ, so that the body of Christ can bring healing to the world.

2. To teach and equip with:

a. Salvation Message
b. The Healing Word
c. The Anointing that Empowers the Word
d. Provide Prayer and Deliverance for the Sick and Bound
e. An Impartation for Healing to the Local Church.

3. To Heal, Equip and release believers into the Healing ministry according to:-

Mark 16 : 17 "And these signs shall follow those who believe: In my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover".

John G. Lake

John G. Lake was born in Canada in 1870. In his personal account, "Adventures in God" Lake wrote: "As I think back over my boyhood and young manhood, there comes to mind, remembrances like a nightmare: sickness, doctors, nurses, hospitals, hearses, funerals, graveyards and tombstones; a sorrowing household".

In 1908, God sent him to Africa, where he helped to establish over 100 churches. Upon his return to America, Lake came to Spokane, Washington. He rented a suite in the Rookery Building to pray for the sick. It was known as the Healing Rooms. Over a five year period, there were over 100,000 documented healings and the U. S. Government declared Spokane the healthiest city in the world.

John G Lake's one goal in life was to bring the fullness of God to every person. He believed that Spirit filled Christians should enjoy the same type of ministry Jesus did while living on earth.

Lake's healing and preaching ministry spanned the years from 1898 until his death in 1935.

80 years later-

Cal & Michelle Pierce Cal and Michelle Pierce were called by God to move from Redding, CA to Spokane, WA in November of 1997. Cal was led by the Holy Spirit to re-dig the generational wells of healing in Spokane. On July 22, 1999 the Healing Rooms were opened. The ministry now has international impact, with many branches worldwide.

Our Vision

We believe God is raising an end-time army to bring in the final harvest.

If this army is to take the salvation message to our cities, it must be prepared to back up that message with Kingdom authority. Kingdom authority that is not just in words alone but in power- the power of God. (1 Cor.4:20)

This power will cause signs and wonders to accom­pany the believer- he will lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. (Mark 16:17) The Bible says these signs shall accompany those who believe- not some who believe, but all who believe.

If the end-time army is to take God's power for healing to our cities, it must impact us first. God wants to get the army out of the tent and marching to the battle.

A healing room provides a place where the church can come together to reach the people, whoever they are.

Our vision is to see the healing power of God reinstalled into the body of Christ, focusing on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit working through us to heal the sick; and to promote and inspire healing as an essential ministry in the body.

We want to see a Healing Room Ministry in every city in every nation where members of different churches can come together and be trained to pray for the sick and see them healed.
